Multi position automatic press: in one press, there are many working stations, and it is equipped with multi channel forming die. The billet moves down one station in turn. During the stroke of the press, each working station carries out the forming process at the same time to make a worker
Rotary head press: a revolving head with dozens of moulds can be arranged between the slide block and the worktable, and the die can be used as required. The blank is placed on the mold instead of moving. After each stroke, the turret rotates one position to complete a process. The positioning precision of the press is high, and the utility model is easy to adjust the product. The utility model has the advantages of one machine and multiple purposes, and is used for punching the instruments, the soleplate and the panel, etc.. The turret press can be equipped with numerical control system, and the die and sheet metal forming parts can be selected automatically according to the compiled instruction. The complicated stamping work can be finished automatically.
Cold extruding machine: used for cold and warm extrusion of metal parts, such as gun shell case, toothpaste tube, etc.. Cold extrusion machine is usually vertical, characterized by good rigidity, high steering accuracy, high pressure, small work table, long work trip.
Hot die forging press: used for die forgings production. The fuselage rigidity is big, the guiding surface is long, bears the partial load ability to be strong. In the past, the multi crank connecting rod mechanism was used to increase the rigidity, and the double sliding block and wedge type were used. Double slider structure is simple and light weight; wedge type structure has large supporting area, but low transmission efficiency. When the die is pressed, the slide block is easy to die near the lower stopping point (commonly known as the boring car), so the device is provided with an extraction device. The machine has an upper and lower ejection device, which can realize the multi cavity forging. The forging precision is high, and it is suitable for mass production. The maximum specification is 160 mb.
